Dr. Samantha Krause
Dr. Samantha Krause received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University in 2024. She received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Grand Canyon University in 2018. While in veterinary school, she was president of the Christian Veterinary Fellowship and is now a member of Christian Veterinary Mission.
Dr. Krause's love for animals of all shapes and sizes stems from the various animals she grew up around during the time her mother ran a nonprofit animal rescue and rehabilitation. Dr. Krause began working in a rural mixed animal practice in 2014 where she held various positions such as kennel attendant, receptionist, and veterinary technician. Here she got an in-depth view of zoo and exotic medicine as her place of work partnered with AZ Game & Fish as well as Bearizona. While she enjoys pocket pets and exotics, she equally enjoys cats, dogs, and meeting the individuals on the other end of the leash.
Dr. Krause is married and has 5 dogs, 2 cats, and ferrets. She enjoys reading a good book, cooking, and baking, crafting and Legos, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
